Claiming missing issues electronically....

Colleagues....
I would be interested to know if you have created your own electronic
claiming routine for missing issues. I realize that the major vendors
have such routines in place in their "systems", but if you are not
connected
to such a system how do you quickly get your claims to your vendors?
We, at the U of S, have devised our own electronic claiming routine
and once I have the procedure written I will post it.
