In response to Elena Romaniuk's (Univ. of Victoria) question, yes, if authority
records are retained for analyzed serials, the heading use code for main or
added entry should be coded as 'a' (USMARC) 'c' (NOTIS) since the heading on
the authority record is  used as an added entry in bibliographic records.
