Is anyone using latest entry cataloging when title changes
warrant a new record (by successive entry rules), but the change
seems miniscule enough to wonder if an extra record is really
useful to the public?  I know Northwestern has developed some
guidelines for latest entry rules.  But is anyone else out there
doing it in their local systems?
