SERIALST was not set up to have a moderator or editor. The best way to
know what the questions or comments are is to read the list (though I
realize this isn't possible if you haven't yet signed on!).
Anything that is sent to the list (mail serialst at uvmvm) is distributed
back out to subscribers automatically by the listserver. None of the
mail comes directly through me (as the listowner). In fact, I don't see
it until it gets distributed to subscribers. I see people sign on to the
list and monitor various problems with distribution of mail.
Anything sent directly to SERIALST via e-mail should get into the list
just as you send it (i.e., unedited). I've noticed that when I send
mail out to various lists, I frequently don't see it on the list, even
though it's been distributed to the list subscribers via the listserver...
