I hope this is an appropriate test question ...

Are there any libraries that

a.  Subscribe to "serial" CD-ROM publications (e.g. The
    Computer Library)

b.  Place these CD-ROMS on a campus wide network so that they
    can be accessed from where ever patrons may be?

c.  How has this worked out?
