Hi Jennifer,
I have not had trouble specifically with 360Link, but we had trouble reaching some journal websites this morning. I think it might be related to a major denial of service attach on a company called Dyn. It seems to have been worst on the east coast.
I'm not sure if this link will work on the listserv, but you can certainly find many news articles about the attack if you look for "DoS attack."
