All,
Classes have started and the situation remains the same.
We have been frustrated, as well.
We've done the contacting our rep, Beth Mullen.
We've give them screenshots of the issues and detailed explanations.
After several back-and-forth emails with them, I received the attached reply, where they apologize for the inconvenience and say it may take months to repair.
They say they do not "officially" support EZproxy and WAM proxy. And that users should go directly to their site, which means to use their site without proxies, I guess.
(certainly not the reply I expected.)
This is their solution:
" all we can recommend in the short term is that content is accessed on our site directly."

We’re having a lot of navigation problems, and have had a few reports from our faculty and liaisons.

Our rep advised putting an email with detailed problems into their support email, which we’ve done.

There is a lot of scrolling to do, and volumes/issues links are set up in a way that make navigating nearly impossible, in my opinion. I’m surprised that they didn’t transition the platforms so they could catch bugs, and instead just went live with the new one.

Hope we see a change soon since classes are started!

Sorry, I just noticed that on the table of contents page, if you hover over the green check mark it says “Partial Access” which is confusing when it means Full Access at the article level. However, the Partial Access check mark is within a green triangle whereas the Full Access check mark is within a green circle so maybe the shape is supposed to be a clue. But still confusing.

If you actually select an article title to look at, the green check icon is near the top left of the screen and it says “Full access”

I think that is the only place I have seen verbage for what the check mark means although the check mark appears on other pages such as the table of contents page to the right of the article citations.

What does the little green checkmark mean on the brief citation? I thought it was whether we had access, but apparently not.

I didn't have a problem with it. It seems fairly user friendly to me. When I clicked the link on our website for the individual journal, it took me right in. Then when I did a browse, I just check the box for items that we have access to and it filtered correctly.

The whole site is confusing. If the Serials Librarian can’t figure it out, how is a user who is unfamiliar with electronic resources going to find the issues. It doesn’t really state what issues we have access to unless you scroll down and make a couple of mouse clicks

I have a support ticket open because although it says at the top that access is provided by our institution, it is asking for login info and we should be IP authenticated.

I was just wondering if everybody is happy with the “New and Improved” Taylor and Francis online or if I’m the only one who is complaining
