Pricing for Euclid Prime, a collection of mathematics and statistics titles hosted on Project Euclid, will be announced later this summer. Addition of two titles to the 2017 journals list Duke University Press is pleased to announce the additions of Archives of Asian Art and Qui Parle to its journal list. Archives of Asian Art publishes scholarship by leading specialists on the visual arts of South, Southeast, Central, and East Asia. One issue per year features an extensive selection of works of Asian art acquired by North American museums during the previous year. Qui Parle publishes articles on a range of theoretical and critical work in the humanities and social sciences including literature, philosophy, critical theory, visual studies, political theory, anthropology, and sociology. Contributors to the journal foster a dialogue across disciplines and introduce under-examined analytic modes and underrepresented critical voices. Both journals are published biannually. New e-book subject collections In 2017, Duke University Press will offer libraries two new e-book collections in gender studies and Latin American studies. Both collections are hosted on read.dukeupress.edu and are available through purchase or annual lease. The Gender Studies e-book collection includes 548 essential titles and field-defining scholarship in queer theory, gay and lesbian studies, transgender studies, feminist theory, and women’s studies. The Latin American Studies collection includes 529 e-books in anthropology, art, cultural studies, Caribbean studies, Chicano and Latino studies, history, literature, film and media, politics, and other fields focused on Latin America. Warm regards Charlotte EDP Sciences reports strong performance in the 2016 Impact Factor results Paris, 21 June 2015: EDP Sciences has reported a strong performance in the recently announced 2015 Journal Citation Reports® (JCR) Thomson Reuters, 2016. EDP has 20 journals indexed of which over half showed an increase in their impact factor, and 45% reported an increase of over 10%. Particular highlights include: • Astronomy & Astrophysics reported an 18% increase on its impact factor to 5.185, securing its place as one of the leading resources in the field, and sits in the top quartile of the Astronomy and Astrophysics category. • Parasite saw an impressive increase of 63% on last year’s results growing from 1.092 to 1.781. • Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate now has an impact factor of 2.846 up over 11% on last year. • Metallurgical Research & Technology received a first impact factor after the name change of 0.500. • Aquatic Living Resources moved up from quartile 3 to quartile 2 in the category of Fisheries Science. • ESAIM – Mathematical Modelling and Numerical Analysis staying strong in the top quartile of the Applied Mathematics category.
