The Cambridge (MA) Public Library has a free Hootsuite account. Hootsuite also offers paid company accounts, but the library has no plans to upgrade. I'm told that it would be a citywide investment & would require the approval of the city's IT department.

Subject: [SERIALST] Does your library subscribe to a social media aggregator?

Does your library or institution subscribe to a social media aggregator, or have you received requests to do so? Are subscriptions to these services even available at an institution level? We recently received a request for the library to look into subscribing to a social media aggregator and we’d like to know how others are dealing with this relatively new type of service.

Thank you!
