Has anyone else gotten no 91 of this title? If so, are you handling it in any way different from your normal processing? As I pulled the issue out of its envelope, the front cover came off. That's when I noticed the spine seemed odd. Right before the contents p. is an editorial note that starts:

I WANT YOU TO TEAR APART THIS CITE. WE INTENTIONALLY PUT together this issue like a note pad ... We designed this issue as a onetime experiment ...

I thinks it's an interesting concept but one that just doesn't work well for libraries.
