My thanks to Gary of OCLC who had sharper eyes than mine noticing this:

OCLC 268678496 contains a 936 field with the note "RECORD REPORTED FOR DELETION--USE #145927975" and the LCCN has been moved to subfield $z.
Evidently #145927975 is the record of choice.
