Subject: Highwire to Silverchair

I am downloading our journal usage statistics for 2011 and 2012.  When the journals were mounted on the Highwire platform, we were able to access all of our statistics at once (eg, Chest, American Medical Association titles, Psych Online).  With Silverchair, we have to separately download each publisher's statistics which is time consuming.  Does anyone have a contact for Silverchair with whom we can discuss this issue?  I sent an email to the contact on the Silverchair site, and have not had a reply.  Thanks
