In keeping with ACS Publications' commitment to fostering strong

attend the 2012 Charleston Conference November 7-10, 2012.

How many times have you heard that before? With every library
conference featuring sessions about "Breaking the Big Deal," green/gold
open access, and patron-driven acquisition, the question still remains:
If the current model is really is unsustainable, what are REAL
alternatives? More importantly, what alternative business models is YOUR
library pursuing and why? Is your library satisfied with the current
model? If so, why?
DEADLINE for Scholarship Applications is Friday SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. Please
send applications or questions to LibraryRelations@acs.org SUBJECT LINE
