I think it's usually helpful for everyone to be able to read answers to
questions asked on the list, so, I'll give my opinion/experience with OCLC
knowledge Base for everyone.

I have had a really hard time getting this product going. We've had
problems with our holdings populating correctly into the knowledgeworks
(this is done through Pubget). Things keep showing up that shouldn't or
things that should be there aren't. The OCLC interface is not user friendly
at all; they only list 10 titles per page and you can't change that
condition. Also, you have to enter ILL data individually for every database
including ones from the same provider so if you have more than one
EBSCO/Proquest/whatever database activated you still have to select the ILL
options for each. I asked about doing a batch upload and they said they
don't have that feature available. Our ILL department really wants this
product so I am still trying to get it to work. I'd love to hear from
others who use it (maybe I'm just doing things the hard way and don't know
it).
