ALCTS webinar: Cataloging Law Materials with RDA
Date: November 2, 2011
All webinars are one hour in length and begin at 11am Pacific, noon
Mountain, 1pm Central, and 2pm Eastern time.
Description: This webinar will provide an overview of applying RDA to
the cataloging of law materials, including laws, court reports,
treaties, and other types of legal materials.
Audience: Anyone with an interest in the topic can benefit from this
session and is welcome to participate.
Presenter: John Hostage has been involved in cataloging at the Harvard
Law School Library since 1982. He has served on various task forces
connected to ALCTS' Committee on Cataloging: Description and Access
(CC:DA) and for the past 3 years has been the representative from the
American Association of Law Libraries to CC:DA. He also served on the
Standing Committee of the IFLA Cataloging Section, 2005-2011.
