Hello, serials folks.  I have been asked by my dean to find out the
opinion of other institutions the opinion of the Serials Solutions
Counter product as well as other Counter products.  Is it easy to set
up?  What kind of data does it give you?  Can that data be obtained
elsewhere?  Do you consider the product to be worth it?  Any information
at all that you can provide would be helpful.

I do not wish to hear from vendors.
