Brad Eden, Associate University Librarian for Technical Services and
Scholarly Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Author of More Innovative Redesign and Reorganization of Library Technical
Services and a recent article titled "The New User Environment: The End of
Technical Services?"

A second Keynote speaker to be announced.
