Carrie,

Check out the North American Serial Interest Group's NASIGuides at http://www.nasig.org/publications_guides.cfm. There are guides on various topics, including "How to Survive as a New Serialist" and "Electronic Resource Management."

Good luck!

Subject: [SERIALST] New to serials

Hi,

I am new to serials management and am looking for current books or sites that would make a good introduction to the subject. I will be managing print and electronic, cataloging print, updating our OCLC holdings, and our A_Z list. Any suggests welcome.

Thanks,
Carrie
