Hi,

We switched to Harrassowitz, headquartered in Germany, this year. I have been the print check-in and claims person for 12 years. We enter claims on their web site manually (vs. electronically). They automatically send a confirmation for each claim entered. When they claim the issue(s) from the publisher, they send notification by email. The information is also on the claiming screens for the titles. It is too early to say more, but so far I'm very happy with them.

  Subject: Serials subscription vendors

Is there any one who can recommend or currently using an effective and
proficient serials subscription supplier?

We are particularly interested in the ones who can promptly deal with
issues claims; provide consolidation services; support EDI ordering and
invoicing in the Innovative Library System.

Please reply to me directly.
