especially for librarians and other library staff, be they in a single
(continuing resources) department or in collection development, acquisitions,
cataloging/metadata, or information technology departments. It strives to
present a wide variety of viewpoints applicable to all sections of the library
and to all types of libraries. The journal accepts articles that are either
theoretical or practical in nature.

Qualifications:
Key qualities sought for the position of editor or co-editors include an
established record of scholarship in the field of serials librarianship;

3) Decide which manuscripts to publish
4) Select a sufficient pool of reviewers to evaluate manuscripts
5) Identify and appoint qualified members to the editorial advisory board
6) Provide a clear vision for the direction of the Journal
