Re: Budget Lines for Serials, Databases, and other Electronic Resources Sarah Sanford 03 Dec 2009 19:00 UTC

We have a separate budget for e-resources (which includes both databases
and e-journals), one for general periodicals (print journals and
newspapers), and one for all other serials shelved in general or
reference collections. The benefit for separate budgets is handy for
statistical purposes, particularly for annual reports or library surveys
- such as expenditures for e-resources or expenditures for serials
(which could include all budgets or I can filter as needed).
