Yes, we have had that happen but fortunately our access has not been cut
off. I have been calling them well in advance to get a quote or
whatever.

Dear Serialst'ers,
For the past several years and while working at two different university
libraries I have repeatedly experienced the same problem with CQ Press
renewal notices. I never receive the notices. Access is cut off. We
call, access is temporarily restored and our renewal is processed.
Invoices do not come. Statements with past do invoices do arrive much
later. Access may be cut off again for non-payment.
Has this happened to your library?
