Statistics gathering tools

The archive seems to show that it’s been about a year and a half since
anyone has asked about ScholarlyStats.
For those who are using ScholarlyStats, what are your thoughts and
opinions about their performance, the reports they offer, cost to
benefit considerations, how do they stack up against their
competitors? Anything else that you might like to share?
For anyone not using ScholarlyStats, if you are using any other
commercial system, what system and what are your perceptions about how
it stacks up against ScholarlyStats specifically or against others
generally?
Feel free to contact me off list if you find that more comfortable.
Thanks,
Michael Lampley
