The content of this magazine is so diminished that I wouldn't worry about it.   I'm sure it will disappear entirely soon.

Hello.  We were getting ready to send the 2009 issues of Sales and
Marketing Management (ISSN 0163-7517) to the bindery when we noticed we
do not have an issue #2.  According to ebsconet, no issue #2 was
published.  I also checked our full text sources, including Proquest
Research Library, but there is no issue #2.  I can't figure anything out
by looking at the publisher's website, as there is no list of issues or
archives.  How are you all handling this volume of this title?
