The registration deadline has been extended for PTPL?s Oct. 16 annual
meeting to Oct. 7!  Program information and registration is at
http://web.mac.com/ptpl/PTPL/Annual_Meeting.html.  We?re looking forward
to an exciting meeting this year, with presenters and discussions on open
source solutions, and other alternatives, for libraries.  One of the
afternoon panel speakers has withdrawn, so the day will be ending a bit
earlier, with the campus tour of Gallaudet starting at 3pm.

For those planning on driving and parking at Gallaudet University that
day, there is an updated parking permit on our website.  Please have this
permit clearly posted in your vehicle when you park at Gallaudet on Oct.
