Important announcement from RSC concerning Chemical Communications and Dalton Transactions Roohana Khan 23 Sep 2009 01:12 UTC

Important news for 'Chemical Communications' and 'Dalton Transactions' subscribers:

These journals were not assigned volume numbers when first published. RSC has found that this causes problems for libraries, particularly in respect to online linking to journal articles. Volume numbers will now be assigned, beginning with the first issue of 2010. Previous volumes (i.e. all issues published before 2010) will not be numbered retrospectively.

* Chemical Communications will carry volume number 46 in 2010 (issues for 1965-2009 have no volume numbering).

* Dalton Transactions will carry volume number 39 in 2010 (issues for 1972-2009 have no volume numbering).

All other RSC journals already carry volume numbers.
