Alla,
We have used the following from Mexico:
Sistemas Biblioinforma (the owner has an MLS from the U.S.)
http://www.sibi.com.mx/index.php
sistemas@sibi.com.mx
They are very professional. Although we have only purchased books from them, I know they also handle serials from Mexico, possibly South America as well. I hope this helps,
RH

Subject: [SERIALST] South American Vendors
Can somebody recommend me a good South American vendor for serials,
please? I am interested in a vendor who covers Colombia, Venezuela and
Mexico, or local vendors from these countries. Does somebody know what
have happened with Esteva? They don't reply to emails and telephone calls.
Are they still in business?
Thank you,
