Re: LARS v. Able Software Debbie Turner 13 Aug 2009 15:25 UTC

Dear Amy,

Our bindery told us that LARS bindery software is no longer being updated by the manufacturer and required us to change to ABLE. We have been using ABLE for 5 years and are very satisfied with it.

All,
I haven't seen this addressed recently - does anyone know the fate of LARS
bindery software? Although our bindery vendor suggested we transfer to the
Able software program, we have been using LARS for years without problem
and would prefer to stick with it. Of course, if it has a limited future
than we probably won't have a choice in the matter. I would appreciate your
input...
