Biology Image Library Access through Ezproxy

Hello,
Has any library experienced with setting up access to Biology Image Library through EZproxy?
If your library has a subscription to this database, could anyone share your EZproxy configuration?
Our library has been trying to troubleshoot the access issue for a few weeks in vain now. Usually we ask vendors to open access to their resources to our EZproxy IP and then after testing, I add a database to the EZproxy config file. But in this case the problem has been persistent for so long and I could not test the access. So now I am trying to add it first to EZproxy file although I am not sure if that would be helpful.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Bohyun
