Hello,
I have been trying to reconcile the perpetuity access from our Blackwell subscriptions with Wiley.
Wiley informed me that these prior subscriptions were with Blackwell and therefore the back issues are not available.  I requested proof of payment from EBSCO and I was able to get Wiley to bend on 1 title.  Now I have others that are not on Wiley's list of subscribed titles.

Has anyone else found Wiley unwilling to honor Blackwell agreements?
