Subject: [SERIALST] Customer service

With recent postings pointing out the failings of certain vendors, I
thought I would add a positive one.

This morning I discovered that access to one of our online titles was
unavailable. I had to involve my superlative EBSCO rep, who contacted
Duke University Press on our behalf. My original email was at 7:48, I
received a reply at 9:00 and by 9:18 the problem was solved.

Great job, all!!!

Meanwhile, we're still trying to get someone from Wiley to talk to us
about our non-functioning administrative login. It's been days, and
days, and days.....

Cheers,

Mary
