Hi Nicola

I would say that for your last question you should put a choice of 0 so that
the survey will close properly.  It lead me back and forced me to choose a
percentage which I could not put down because it  would be 0.  But in order
to close the survey I responded 25% which is wrong.  You might want to
update your survey to include that or else your data will be skewed the
wrong way.
