Hi Jaime,
    We ask the subject librarians if they would like to have the title
on the current periodical shelves. We usually don't consider binding
until we can be more certain that the titles will not be dropped from
the subscription. If we've been getting a title for three or more years,
it's probably safe to treat it like any other title we pay for.
