Hello:

Our cataloging department has a request to add the E-resources management handbook to our library catalog.  The selector identified OCLC record #225200183 which has BLvl  m.  The cataloger believes this should be cataloged as an integrating resource because chapters will be added.  I don't want to add another record to OCLC needlessly.  Any advice would be welcome.
