Our accounts payable department likes departments to put services out for
bid if they cost over a certain amount unless we can show that the company
providing the service is the sole source.  I was wondering if there was any
company other than Proquest that provides microfilm for the major
newspapers.  We use another company that films our local newspaper but I
don't know of anyone else filming the big papers like New York Times and
Washington Post.
I'd like confirmation if Proquest is the only one.
