I don't know of any comprehensive list, first and foremost are you withdrawing print only in the case of a purchased or accessible archive?  Many serial titles are only aggregated, in places like Ebscohost.  So unless you own the archive, or belong to JSTOR, you may not always have the same content that you see now.

Our criteria here is unless its in an owned archive, we don't withdraw the print.  (Though in some cases we'll transfer offsite if we can).
