Regarding the weekly electronic publication, have you checked whether that can be IP authenticated?  I have a vague recollection that it is user  ID/password only.  Just something to check.

Colleagues -
		We've seen a lot of traffic lately concerning the changes with US News & World Report so I looked at the February issue. Did you see the editor's note on page 5 in which it says that (1) to current subscribers in March 2009 a weekly electronic publication will be available at no charge and (2) the length of the current subscription period will be doubled. Look at the expiration date on the label of the March issue for the extension.
		If this  truly does happen will our subscription agencies catch it?   Stay tuned ...

                            See also the comment about the new format: "...each monthly print issue will alternate among our main subjects...".  Do you remember long ago when Saturday Review tried the same thing?  As I recall it did not last very long for SR.
