We use WT Cox as well and for the most part they have done a very good job
in my opinion. We are also a small library/archive and our holdings are
much smaller than that of our University's library (they use Ebsco) and
could be it's just easier for Cox to handle.

Hi,

I've recently heard of a subscription vendor called WT Cox.

Do any of you work with them, and if so, what has your experience been like?
(Customer service, prices, etc.).

I'm particularly interested in hearing from academic university libraries,
although I definitely appreciate input from all.

Feel free to email me off the list if you prefer to do so
(adamo@hartford.edu).

Thanks so much!
