I am trying to assess whether the change from WLA: OCLC # 60624910 shows 245 ǂa War, literature, and the arts ǂh [electronic resource] : ǂb WLA. This title is an open publication. However, OCLC #s 20306659 and 247077172 indicate a closing date of 1996, and a later title of just "WLA."

Or should it be considered a major title change, because the title has lost the first five words (including "and" and "the")? I do not have a physical copy with either title in front of me, because we have this title through an aggregator database.
