How are other libraries dealing with click through agreements for
activating online access?
Our contracts office does not allow us to click through and we have to
jump through many hoops
to get the activation process accomplished.  Lately it seems we've been
coming across more and more click through situations.
The irony is the publishers probably think it makes things easier (no
contracts to sign!) but in fact it makes thing much worse for us and
can add weeks to the activation process. Are publishers aware of the
grief they are causing? Are we alone in our suffering?
