Thought I'd throw a little serial humor your way.  We all know by now
that U.S. News & World Report will be bi-weekly beginning 2009.  They've
started doing some bi-weekly issues already, and the current one says in
the masthead, "Double issues ... are published every other week, except
when single issues are published."  Real helpful in setting up a
publication pattern, huh?!
