Ours seems to be working fine.

Subject: [SERIALST] Ingenta Connect Problems

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Ingenta Connect site? I
have been trying to search for content using the search interface
embedded in the Ingenta website and have tried both the simple and
advanced searches. In both instances there is a button "subscribed
content" which I have clicked but which seems to be a placebo in terms
of the results list - the content is seemingly not filtered by
subscribed titles - and furthermore the links to titles to which we do
subscribe -- most notably those leading to Springer or Blackwell
publications -- do not work (i.e. they go to pages requiring payment
while if I go to the publisher sites in question the titles come up with
pdf or html availability). In addition, I have experiences extreme
slowness and repeated Ingenta server timeouts. One of my faculty
requested that we subscribe to the alert notices which Ingenta has
enabled, but before we implement that I was wondering about the
aforementioned problems with the site itself. Please feel free to
contact me offline.
