Digital Photographer (ISSN 1532-6012) has resumed publication after two
missed issues.  The volume and issue number are not printed in the
magazine, so I called the publisher to see what the correct information
is.  The October/November 2008 issue is volume 10, number 3.   The
publisher said that this information was mistakenly not printed, so
hopefully future issues will have it included.

I hope this is helpful to someone.  After a check of WorldCat I found at
least 2 different issue numbers being used.
