Caitlin -
There are numerous support sites for ezproxy listed on their wiki at:
http://www2.potsdam.edu/ezproxy/wiki/index.php/Main_Page . The more
difficult configurations are listed in the link to the first mention of
OCLC in the first line (formerly UsefulUtilities). Once you click (and
bookmark!) that OCLC link, navigate to support, training, and
documentation. If you can't find what you need under Database Setup,
the ezproxy discussion list is extremely helpful, even if you are
non-technical.
Hope this helps!

Subject: [SERIALST] EZ PROXY CONFIG FILES FOR E-JOURNALS
Dear Friends:
Can someone tell me how to find the EZ Proxy Config File for an online
journal? Does one contact the individual journal publisher to obtain
these?
Is the following an example of correct format for a config file:
T National Resource Center for the First-Year Experience and
Students in Transition
U http://www.metapress.com/
H www.metapress.com
DJ metapress.com
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
