Re: tracking claims with Millennium?

Greetings, Renee,
This is how we use the Millennium claim function:
Our student staff member runs the claim function, and copies each title and issue information into a spreadsheet. Then the student uses the spreadsheet to check the shelves to make sure we didn't get the issue but neglected to check it in. (This happens a lot - it's incredibly easy to call up the checkin screen while the issue's in front of you, but forget to actually check the thing in.)
Once she has checked in everything we actually got, the student then gives me the spreadsheet with the list of issues that we haven't received and I take appropriate action.
Is this the kind of answer you're looking for? Or do you want more detail? Or are you talking about a more global 'tracking of claims'?

Hi All -- Do any of you use Millennium to track claims, doing some sort of query? If so, I'd love to hear and learn from you.
thank you,
