For obvious reasons many members of the Association of Subscription
Agents and Intermediaries (ASA) have been following the Rowecom case
closely. On 11th August, the ASA was sent a ‘Letter to Interested
Parties’ from the law firm Craig & Macauley who are representing Rowecom
creditors. This letter states that the final settlement is in sight.
List-serv members who are Rowecom Creditors may have already received
their own copy, however, as the letter contains information on the final
potential distribution to creditors and includes important actions and
deadlines, I thought it was worth drawing to the attention of this list.
There is a useful section on the Craig & Macauley website
(http://www.craigandmacauley.com/SabinePleadings.html) providing those
who need them with a copy of the Letter to Interested Parties and the
appropriate claim forms. I am guessing that not all those with a claim
will necessarily be represented by Craig & Macauley but as far as I can
see, anyone can visit the dedicated section of their website to get the
latest information.
