In order not to be so far behind in their dating of issues,
Multinational Monitor has changed their publication pattern for this
year only, volume 29, 2008.  They did not publish Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, or
May/Jun issues, but are publishing no. 1 Jul/Aug, no. 2  Sep/Oct, and
no. 3 Nov/Dec.  The following issue will be v. 30 no. 1 Jan/Feb 2009,
and that volume/year will continue their usual bimonthly pattern.  All
subscriptions will be extended by three issues.
