I think everyone is seeing differences in terms of what is and isn't
accessible (and each library has different subscriptions).  FWIW, we
have both STM and HSS (in addition to individual holdings) and both
transferred without too much hassle (other than OpenURL linking not
working).

If you're going to ask for compensation, I'd find the clause in your
contract that addresses service outages, etc before you do so.  It
certainly won't be covered under Force Majeur in this case!  If they
list some explicit service obligations stating that they are liable if
content is unavailable for a certain length of time you might have a
case.  Otherwise, I'm not sure it'd be worth the effort.

Can anybody confirm exactly what access has been restored?

We have a subscription to the STM package, as well as a number of other
titles as individual subs. It seems to us that the STM package is OK,
but not the individual ones.

Is there anybody who is experiencing the same?

(And, is there anybody who is demanding compensation yet?)
