I don't work with print serials, but would this be available in an account through the publisher?  I'm thinking of some publishers, mainly academic ones (Oxford for example or the old Blackwell Synergy site) where you have an online account when you subscribe--some of them offer information on what your institution subscribe to.  Is this only for online subscriptions though?
