Effective with 2008 _J Otolaryngology_  (ISSN 0381-6605, OCLC #2604347) changed titles to _J Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery_ (ISSN 1916-0216, OCLC #230823270).  It is published by Decker.

The new title record has not been edited by anyone.  The former record has not been closed.

I question whether the title change requires a new record because of a similar title change I encountered several years ago.  _Heart & Lung_ added _:Journal of Acute and Critical Care_  (OCLC#1590400).  It was determined a minor title change and entered as a 246 field.
